Judy Smith-Torrie, Executive Director

Judy Smith Torrie is Executive Director of the Go Green Together Centre. She directs the operations of the Centre and works with the community to implement a comprehensive Climate Action Plan for the Town of Cobourg in cooperation with the Town, the public, local groups and businesses.

Judy has been an environmental consultant for thirty years and is co-founder of Torrie Smith Associates specializing in energy, climate change and environmental assessment. She was a Director of the Ontario International Development Corporation and the Joint Environmental Advisory Committee for Environment Canada and Statistics Canada that produced the first and only complete State of the Environment Report for Canada.

Judy chairs the Environmental Advisory Committee for the Town of Cobourg.
